Jeff manages media operations for top-level events at Hayward Field and also for sporting events around the world, including the Olympic Games. His first Oregon Duck experience after moving to Oregon in high school was the "Kenny Wheaton is going to SCORE!" game. Jeff served as Oregon Club's president in 2025-26.

Matt Broders

Matt Broders serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Development at the University of Oregon, where he leads fundraising initiatives through the Duck Athletic Fund to build connections with donors and support student-athletes. Bringing extensive experience in collegiate athletic administration—including previous roles at Ohio University and Boise State—he plays a key role in driving philanthropic growth and program excellence for Oregon Athletics.

Amanda Harding

Amanda Harding was accepted into the UO in 2013, but ended up graduating from Western Oregon University in 2017. She’s been an Oregon Football and basketball season ticket holder since 2011, and loves everything about Duck athletics! Amanda is currently working as an emergency dispatcher in Springfield Oregon, and is also a US Army veteran.

He went from working on managing suites at Pk Park and Autzen stadium to working on fundraising for the athletic department. Luis’ father love for sports instilled in him a love of soccer and baseball and it inspired Luis to become a sportswriter in college.  Luis became a prominent sportswriter in the Salem and Springfield area and has since moved to impact his alma mater by raising money for what he loves most, the Oregon Ducks!

Scott is currently the Executive Director for the Portland, Eugene and Medford, OR Visiting Angels locations. He has a passion for community involvement and is devoted to giving back through membership and support of local organizations. Scott's love for everything Oregon Ducks has led him to nearly 7 years serving on the Board for the Oregon Club in many board positions including a term as President in 2023.

Kirsten Albright

Since 2012, Kirsten has served as the Executive Director of the Oregon Club of Eugene-Springfield, where she manages the events and fundraising efforts that support Oregon student-athletes and athletics programs. Outside of her role with the club, she also assists local nonprofits with organizing and running their fundraising auctions. In her free time, Kirsten enjoys riding horses and fly fishing on the McKenzie River.

During his time at the University of Oregon, Erik fell in love with the natural wonders and beauty of Oregon, choosing to make Oregon his permanent home.  Outside the office, Erik enjoys exploring the great outdoors of Oregon through hiking, camping, and snowboarding. Erik’s passions include traveling, spending time with friends, and exploring all that the local community of Eugene has to offer.

As an Advertising Executive with Bicoastal Media, Tab Davis has spent decades helping local businesses and organizations grow while giving back to the community she loves. Her passion for Oregon athletics and supporting student-athletes makes serving on the Oregon Club Board a natural fit.

Chad McDermott is a Vice President at Heritage Bank in Eugene, focused on commercial banking. When he's not at work supporting local businesses, you'll find him cheering on the Ducks and serving on the Oregon Club board.

WCP Solutions

Valerie Sharr, born and raised in Lane County, is a natural Ducks fan. When she’s not rooting for Oregon athletics (or athletes),you’ll find her connecting with the community as an Account Manager at WCP Solutions, running Sip and Seams pop-up fashion events, or chasing the sun!

Nicole "Nicki" Derrick is a community health professional, youth advocate, and coach dedicated to supporting young people through athletics and positive youth development. She works with Lane County Juvenile Services, coaches varsity softball, and is pursuing a master's in Public Administration while working toward launching a nonprofit that expands opportunities for youth.

Danny McPheeters is a Territory Sales Manager for Allura USA, serving the Pacific Northwest. A lifelong Ducks fan and former NCAA track official, he enjoys supporting the University of Oregon and connecting with fellow Ducks through the Oregon Club of Eugene-Springfield.

US Bank

Randy Richichi is a Relationship Manager with U.S. Bank, serving businesses across Eugene, Springfield, and Southern Oregon. He partners with companies across a wide range of industries, providing guidance, support, and tailored financial solutions to help business owners achieve their goals. Deeply connected to the communities he serves, Randy is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Emerald Valley and is passionate about supporting local youth. A lifelong Oregon Ducks fan, he also enjoys supporting student-athletes and following the success of Oregon Athletics. Randy is the proud father of a senior at the University of Oregon, further strengthening his connection to the university and the Eugene community.
